James Quinn, CEO
James Quinn is the founder of Quinn Properties group, and he has 33 years of experience owning and managing investment properties, with his main concentration in the Multifamily Asset Class. While leading a diversified Real Estate Investment Group through 1997 Jim merged the Multifamily division with Home Properties in a 1750 unit umbrella partnership real estate investment trust (UPREIT) transaction acquiring an additional 7000 units over the next 5 years. In 2004 Jim joined O’Neill Properties and coordinated, through construction and disposition, the sale of the partnership’s new multifamily assets. In 2007 Quinn Properties Group acquired and managed a 385-unit multi-family property, and Jim began a career in multi-family property consulting.
Morgan Quinn, CFO
Morgan Quinn is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in both Pennsylvania and South Carolina, whose work experience encompasses years in public accounting, employed by local firms, large regional firms and national firms like Kearney & Co. Her broad knowledge base spans corporation, partnership and trust tax preparation, analytical litigation work and governmental audit.
Kierstin Quinn, EVP of Marketing
Kierstin Quinn has spent more than a decade in marketing and consulting roles for firms across the country, representing business interests from Honolulu to Philadelphia. In addition to Quinn Properties Group, Kierstin has represented the interests of such brands as Vista Graphics, Inc, Physician Specialty Pharmacy and Philadelphia Magazine.
Teresa Colleran-Quinn, Chief Counsel
Teresa Colleran Quinn received her B.A. from Duke University and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. She has served as a federal law clerk and has been at the Colleran Firm since its inception. She holds licenses to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
